End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Mona - Art Companion ("we", "our", or "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mona - Art Companion for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control. This license does not give you any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the app or its content.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Mona - Art Companion may offer subscription or other in-app purchases ("Pro" or similar) that unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple. By subscribing or making a purchase:

Payment: You will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase through your Apple ID. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period (e.g. monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
Free trials: If offered, a free trial period may apply. You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.

3. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use the report-a-problem flow in the App Store or contact Apple Support. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes others' rights, or disrupts the app or its services. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app except as permitted by law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Artwork recognition and other features rely on third-party services and may not be accurate or available at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the app or any in-app purchases. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (100 USD), whichever is less. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license to use the app at any time if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including license restrictions, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.
